Terms & Conditions

1. Reservations & Payment Policy

• All court reservations must be made through the official https://bn-pickle-court.managesports.app/ booking page or other authorized booking channels.

• Full payment is required to confirm and secure your reservation.

• Court reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Cancellation & Booking Changes

• Once a booking has been confirmed, cancellations are not permitted.

• Payments for canceled or unused reservations are non-refundable.

• Requests to reschedule may be accommodated subject to management approval and court availability.

3. Court Access & Playing Time

• Players are encouraged to arrive before their scheduled playing time.

• Late arrivals will not be granted additional playing time and must still end their session at the scheduled time.

• Court access is limited strictly to the reserved time slot.

• Playing beyond the reserved period without prior approval may result in additional charges.

4. Player Behavior & Sportsmanship

• All players must observe proper sportsmanship and show respect toward fellow players, guests, and facility staff.

• Profanity, harassment, offensive behavior, excessive trash talking, and other disruptive conduct are strictly prohibited.

• Management reserves the right to remove anyone engaging in unsafe, inappropriate, or destructive behavior. No refund will be provided in such cases.

5. Playing Rules & Requirements

• Proper sports attire and non-marking court shoes must be worn while using the courts.

• Food and drinks are not allowed inside the playing area, except for bottled water.

• Only proper and authorized sports equipment may be used within the facility.

6. Safety, Risk & Personal Responsibility

• All players use the facility and participate in activities at their own risk.

• https://bn-pickle-court.managesports.app/ and its management shall not be responsible for injuries, accidents, theft, loss, or damage to personal belongings while within the premises.

7. Weather, Emergencies & Unexpected Circumstances

• Management reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to severe weather, natural disasters, power interruptions, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond its control.

• Affected bookings may be rescheduled or refunded, subject to management's assessment and discretion.

8. Facility Cleanliness & Property Care

• Players are expected to help maintain the cleanliness of the facility and handle all equipment and property responsibly.

• Any damage resulting from negligence, improper use, or intentional actions may be charged to the responsible player or booking party.

9. Management Policies & Authority

• Management reserves the right to refuse entry, discontinue court use, or cancel reservations in cases where these Terms & Conditions or other facility policies are violated.

• Management may revise or update these Terms & Conditions as necessary without prior notice.
